Bombay HC Dismisses PIL Following Centres Assurance on LPG Supply

A group of petitioners has filed a request for governmental intervention to increase the supply of domestic liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinders in order to adequately meet the demands of local consumers.

The petition highlights concerns over the current availability of LPG cylinders, which has been reported to be insufficient for household use in various regions.
