Agriculture Minister Atchannaidu Critiques Jagans MAVIGUN Initiative as Political Strategy

During a recent statement, the former Chief Minister criticized the previous administration for the setbacks experienced in the Amaravati project, claiming that their governance led to significant disruption in its development. He emphasized that the current National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government has successfully revitalized the capital works associated with Amaravati, aiming to stimulate growth and development across various regions of the state.

The Amaravati project, envisioned as the new capital of Andhra Pradesh, was initiated after the bifurcation of the state in 2014. The initiative includes plans for infrastructure development, urban planning, and the creation of a financial and administrative hub. However, the project has faced several challenges, including political disputes, funding issues, and environmental concerns. The NDA governments renewed focus seeks to overcome these obstacles and facilitate comprehensive development, fostering hopes of economic upliftment across the state.
