Star Hotels Advocate for Additional Reforms to Enhance Tourism in Andhra Pradesh

A delegation from the Andhra Pradesh Star Hotels’ Association met with the Principal Secretary of the Revenue (Excise) Department to express their gratitude for the implementation of various reforms that were previously recommended by the association.

During the meeting, the delegation highlighted the positive impact of these reforms on the hospitality sector, particularly in promoting tourism and enhancing the overall experience for visitors to the state. The association had advocated for changes aimed at creating a more conducive environment for hotel operations, which could potentially lead to increased investment and job creation in the region.

The reforms are expected to benefit not only star-rated hotels but also the overall tourism industry in Andhra Pradesh, further positioning the state as an attractive destination for both domestic and international travelers. The association plans to continue collaborating with government officials to ensure ongoing improvements and support for the sector.
