“Recognition Awarded to Rising Sportspersons from Tamil Nadu”

In a celebration honoring young sports talent, ten outstanding athletes from the state were awarded ₹50,000 each at an event organized by Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and the Tamil Nadu Sports Journalists Association (TNSJA). The annual ceremony aims to recognize and encourage young talent in sports, fostering the next generation of athletes.

This year, the event featured Mhatre, the captain of the India U-19 cricket team that triumphed in the recent World Cup, as the chief guest. His presence underscored the significance of youth empowerment in sports and served as an inspiration for the awardees and aspiring athletes.
