International Delegates Observe Election Process in Kerala Assembly Polls
Seventeen delegates from various countries, including Albania, Estonia, Fiji, Georgia, Kenya, Namibia, Samoa, Seychelles, and Sierra Leone, are currently visiting polling stations as part of the International Election Visitors’ Programme organized by the European Commission (EC).
This program aims to enhance electoral transparency and share best practices among different nations during elections. The delegates are observing the electoral process to gain insights into the voting procedures and the overall management of the electoral system within the host country.
The initiative underscores the importance of international cooperation in strengthening democratic processes and encourages dialogue between nations about electoral standards.
