CBSE Class 10 Results for 2026 Announced: Kendriya Vidyalayas Achieve 99.57% Pass Rate, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas at 99.42%; Female Students Outperform Male Students Again

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the results for the Class 10 examinations, revealing that Kendriya Vidyalayas and Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas have achieved notably high pass rates. In a continuation of previous trends, female students outperformed their male counterparts, underscoring ongoing progress in gender parity in education.

Regionally, Kerala distinguished itself by securing the top position in performance among states. The overall pass percentage for the examinations saw a slight increase compared to the previous year, reflecting improvements in student performance and educational standards.

This year, approximately 2.5 million (25 lakh) candidates participated in the CBSE Class 10 examinations. The exams were conducted using multiple digital platforms, allowing for greater accessibility and efficiency in the examination process. This method not only facilitated easier access for students but also helped in ensuring smooth conduct of the exams amid ongoing concerns about educational disruptions due to external factors.

The CBSE Class 10 results are highly anticipated each year, as they play a crucial role in shaping students educational trajectories, particularly as they prepare for higher secondary education options.
