Kerala Minister Krishnankutty Addresses Power Disruptions Due to High Usage, Clarifies No Load Shedding Organized
In a recent statement, Krishnankutty addressed concerns regarding power outages, which he attributed to system overloads. He clarified that these “power trips” typically last for a brief duration, ranging from 5 to 10 minutes.
The Minister emphasized that such outages are often a temporary response to heightened demand on the electrical grid, particularly during peak usage times. He reassured residents that efforts are being made to improve infrastructure and increase capacity to minimize these disruptions.
Additionally, Krishnankutty urged consumers to use power judiciously, especially during high-demand periods, in order to help stabilize the electrical supply. The government is reportedly looking into long-term solutions to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
