Dutch Frigate Arrives in Kochi to Enhance Maritime Cooperation

A Dutch delegation recently met with Rear Admiral Prakash Gopalan to discuss avenues for strengthening collaboration in the maritime sector. The meeting aimed to explore initiatives that could enhance joint efforts in areas such as naval security, maritime trade, and regional stability.

The dialogue is part of ongoing efforts to foster closer ties between the Netherlands and India, particularly in relation to shared interests in ensuring safe and secure maritime routes. Both parties expressed a commitment to collaborating on maritime research and development, as well as participating in joint training exercises to improve interoperability.
