VCK and IUML Offer Unconditional Support to Vijays TVK, Maintain Alliance with DMK, States Thirumavalavan

VCK leader Thol. Thirumavalavan affirmed the partys commitment to remaining within the DMK-led Secular Progressive Alliance. He stated, “Our alliance will continue, as we have made this decision autonomously as a political entity. I want to clarify that this choice will not strain our relationship with the DMK.”

The VCK, or Viduthalai Chiruthaigal Katchi, is a political party in Tamil Nadu that primarily advocates for the rights of marginalized communities. The Secular Progressive Alliance, formed ahead of the Tamil Nadu assembly elections, includes several parties, with the DMK (Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam) at the helm.
