APSPDCL to Address Illegal Power Usage by Water Plants

During a recent Dial Your APSPDCL CMD phone-in program, the Chairman and Managing Director of the Andhra Pradesh Southern Power Distribution Company Limited (APSPDCL) addressed a complaint from a resident of Jammalamadugu, located in the Kadapa district.

This initiative is part of APSPDCLs ongoing efforts to engage with the public and address consumer grievances directly. The Chairman and Managing Director, in an effort to enhance transparency and accountability, invited citizens to share their concerns regarding power supply issues or service-related matters.

In addition to addressing individual complaints, APSPDCL aims to gather insights that can lead to improvements in service delivery across the region. The company provides electricity to a significant portion of Andhra Pradesh, and it continually seeks to enhance its customer service protocols.
