Union Agriculture Minister Announces Focus on Food Security and Farmer Welfare at Indore BRICS Meeting

Under Indias presidency, significant discussions are set to take place, starting with a three-day Agriculture Working Group meeting scheduled from June 9 to June 11. This meeting aims to address critical issues related to agricultural practices, food security, and sustainable farming, fostering dialogue among member countries.

Following the Agriculture Working Group meeting, a two-day BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa) ministerial meeting will be held from June 12 to June 13. This gathering will focus on enhancing cooperation among the member nations across various sectors, including economic collaboration, trade, and investment opportunities.
