Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev Advocate for Incorporating Yoga into Daily Life
In celebration of the International Day of Yoga, public representatives and government officials gathered alongside hundreds of enthusiastic youth and yoga practitioners to perform a series of yoga ‘asanas.’ This global event, observed annually on June 21, aims to raise awareness about the benefits of practicing yoga for physical and mental well-being.
The event included a range of yoga postures, guided by certified instructors, with participants of all ages taking part. In recent years, the International Day of Yoga has grown in popularity, with more than 170 countries now celebrating the occasion. The theme for 2023 focused on “Yoga for Wellness,” highlighting the importance of holistic health practices in today’s fast-paced world.
