Kerala Education Minister Roji M. John announced the results of the KEAM 2026 rank list, with Roshan Raju from Ernakulam ranking first in the engineering category. A total of over 79,000 candidates successfully qualified for engineering admissions through this examination, reflecting a competitive selection process for prospective students.

In the pharmacy stream, Vinayak Narayan emerged as the top candidate in the Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) category.
