District Collector A. Siri announced that workers participating in a new initiative can earn up to ₹320 per day, contingent upon their productivity levels. This wage structure is designed to incentivize performance while ensuring fair compensation. Additionally, the wages will be credited directly to the workers bank accounts within a 15-day timeframe after the work is completed.
