Chief Minister Advocates Development of Master Plans for Amaravati and Tirupati Economic Regions

Chandrababu Naidu, the former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, has instructed government officials to actively seek out and invite reputable companies to invest in the Vizag Bay City development project. This initiative spans an area of 51.88 square kilometers within the Visakhapatnam Economic Region.

The Vizag Bay City project is part of a broader strategy to enhance infrastructure and promote economic growth in the region. It aims to create a modern urban environment equipped with residential, commercial, and recreational spaces. Officials are expected to develop a comprehensive investment plan and attract enterprises that can contribute to the project’s success, thereby fostering job creation and elevating the standard of living for local residents.

Visakhapatnam, known for its strategic location along the eastern coast of India, is already recognized as a commercial and industrial hub. The development project is expected to further augment its economic prospects, boosting sectors such as tourism, manufacturing, and information technology.
