Held captive, 21 Nagas released in Manipur’s restive Ukhrul district
The bodies of two Kuki men were recovered from a jungle one day after they were reported missing following an incident in which armed individuals, described as “Naga volunteers,” allegedly opened fire. The circumstances surrounding their disappearance and subsequent recovery are under investigation.
