Brahmastra 2: Alia Bhatt to Portray Expanded Role Alongside Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone
Alia Bhatt is set to have an extended role in the highly anticipated sequel to “Brahmastra,” reportedly committing to approximately twenty-five days of filming. In this sequel, titled “Brahmastra 2,” Ranbir Kapoor is expected to take on a dual role, adding depth to his character. Additionally, Deepika Padukone is currently in discussions for a prominent role, where she is expected to portray a character named Amrita.
The script for the sequel has been finalized, and the production team has outlined a shooting schedule that is expected to last around one hundred twenty-five days. Filming for “Brahmastra 2” is slated to commence in April 2027, following the successful release of the first installment, which was directed by Ayan Mukerji and received a mix of commercial success and critical feedback.
