This initiative, set to be implemented starting August 24, will initially involve verifying connections retrospectively. Telecom operators will utilize subscriber photos from the Digital Intelligence Platform to assist in this verification process.

Moreover, from November 30, the system will transition to real-time identification, allowing providers to prevent excess connections before they are activated.
