Zee Entertainment Promoter Granted Convertible Warrants
Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited Secures Convertible Warrant Issuance and Funding
Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited (ZEEL) has officially completed the allotment of convertible warrants worth INR 2,094 crore (approximately USD 253 million) to its promoter group. This significant move aims to strengthen the financial structure of the company amidst ongoing changes within the Indian media landscape.
In a related development, the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) has stayed a prior decision by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) which sought to impose a debarment on ZEEL.
