UAE Student Develops Award-Winning AI Education Platform and Open-Source Tool at Age 13.

Thirteen-year-old Adam Ahmed from the United Arab Emirates has made significant strides in the field of artificial intelligence by developing ScoolBot, a gamified education platform designed to meet the standards set by the UAE Ministry of Education. Following his initial project, which secured a position in the Top 20 of the DDS AI Challenge, ScoolBot achieved fourth place and later won a Gold award at both the International AI Awards 2026 and the TeenTech Awards 2026.

ScoolBot aims to enhance educational experiences through interactive learning and AI technology, demonstrating considerable innovation for a student of Adams age. In addition to ScoolBot, Adam also created Bothread, a free, open-source tool designed to assist AI coding agents. This tool facilitates the coordination of tasks among AI agents, helping to minimize conflicts and improve efficiency in their operations.
