Karnataka High Court upholds KPTCL regulations entrusting departmental inquiries to Lokayukta

A single judge has ruled that the actions of the Lokayukta officers in both the investigation and the departmental inquiry demonstrate “inevitable bias” against the employee, thereby violating Article 14 of the Constitution of India.
