Hyderabad – Asaduddin Owaisi, the leader of the All India Majlis-e-Ittehad-ul-Muslimeen (AIMIM), has called into question the procedures followed by the Election Commission of India (ECI) regarding the Special Interest Registration (SIR) process and the appointment of the Chief Election Commissioner (CEC).
