As the school holiday approaches on October 21, 2026, parents and students are eager to know if schools will be closed the following day. Various state education boards are providing updates regarding school closures due to anticipated weather conditions.

In light of recent forecasts from the India Meteorological Department (IMD), significant rainfall is expected across numerous states. As a result, it is advisable for families to stay informed about their local school districts decisions.

Parents are encouraged to check with their schools for the most current information on closures. This can typically be done via official school websites or local government announcements. Moreover, many education departments are utilizing social media platforms to communicate any changes in schedules or closures due to the weather.

In addition to weather considerations, schools may also provide guidelines for students regarding homework or assignments that could be completed during the holiday period.
