Environment Ministry Approves Members for Expert Committee to Define Aravalli Hills
The Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change has submitted an affidavit to the Supreme Court, endorsing the names proposed for a high-powered expert committee. This committee will consist of both current and retired bureaucrats affiliated with the Forest Survey of India (FSI), Geological Survey of India (GSI), and Survey of India, as well as academic scholars.
