Kerala Waqf Board Chairperson Advocates for Humanitarian Approach in Munambam Land Dispute Involving Residents

K.S. Hamsa has reaffirmed the boards previous stance that the contested property in Munambam is classified as Waqf land. He attributes the ongoing land dispute to actions taken by Farook College and the Mutawalli, the manager of the Waqf property.
