MSME Contractors Raise Concerns Over Accumulating Dues, Request Intervention from Pawan Kalyan

The Navyandhra Rural Water Supply (RWS) Contractors’ Association has raised concerns regarding prolonged delays in payment processing for their services. The association claims that these delays have adversely impacted their operational capabilities. Additionally, they allege that there is a bias in the allocation of funds, which appears to favor larger corporate firms over smaller contractors.

The association has called for an investigation into the funding distribution process and has requested a transparent review to ensure equitable treatment for all contractors involved in the rural water supply sector.

The issue of payment delays and uneven fund allocation is critical as timely payments are essential for the sustainability of smaller contractors, who often rely on these funds to maintain their businesses and support local employment. The association plans to meet with relevant government officials to discuss these concerns and seek resolutions to improve the operational environment for all contractors engaged in rural water supply projects.
