Parliament Has Not Responded to Supreme Court Suggestions on End-of-Life Care Law, Says Rajya Sabha MP
IUML Member of Parliament Haris Beeran from Kerala has urged the government to implement the Medical Treatment of Terminally Ill Patients (End-of-Life Care) Act, as suggested by the Law Commission. He also emphasized the need for establishing palliative care infrastructure in all district hospitals and primary health centers.
