According to sources within the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, India will proceed with signing the trade agreement contingent upon a clear understanding of the final “tariff architecture” established by the United States. This decision follows the introduction of a temporary 10% tariff by the U.S. and the initiation of two new investigations into its trade partners, including India.
