Naval Warships Provide Escort for Indian Vessels in the Gulf of Oman
Three warships are currently providing escort to the Indian naval vessels Shivalik, Nanda Devi, and Jag Laadki. This naval operation, known as Operation Sankalp, is intended to ensure the protection of merchant shipping and uphold India’s maritime interests in the Gulf region. The escort efforts will continue as part of this mission.
