Karnataka SC/ST Commission Engages in Discussions Amid Uncertainty Surrounding Internal Reservation

The Karnataka State Commission for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes conducted discussions with senior officials, former KPSC members, and community representatives regarding the internal reservation among Scheduled Castes. This comes in light of a decision to decrease the overall reservation for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes from 56% to 50% for the recruitment of 56,432 positions.
