Bihars Youth Making Strides in the Technology Sector, Says IT Minister Shreyasi Singh
The IIT Patna Incubation Centre has formalized collaborations by signing two memorandums of understanding (MOUs) with AIIMS Patna and JHPIEGO. This partnership aims to foster innovation and support the development of healthcare solutions through research and entrepreneurship.
The announcement was made during the 10th Foundation Day celebration of the IIT Patna Incubation Centre, where the states IT Minister underscored the importance of collaboration between educational institutions and healthcare organizations. The Minister highlighted the role of incubation centers in nurturing startups and encouraging technological advancements in the region.
AIIMS Patna, known for its comprehensive medical services, and JHPIEGO, a nonprofit organization affiliated with Johns Hopkins University that specializes in global health, are expected to provide mentorship, resources, and support to emerging entrepreneurs in the healthcare sector under this new collaboration. This initiative not only aims to enhance the quality of healthcare solutions but also contributes to the local economy by empowering budding entrepreneurs and innovators.
