Government Requests Households with Piped Gas to Transition Away from LPG Usage
The government has announced that households with piped natural gas (PNG) connections are no longer permitted to maintain liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) connections. As a result, these consumers are being asked to surrender their LPG cylinder connections. Under the new directive, residents with existing PNG connections will not be eligible for LPG refills or new LPG connections.
