Government to Initiate Natural Farming Across Over 61,000 Acres Starting This Kharif Season
The government is set to implement a natural farming initiative across 489 clusters, with a total investment of ₹42 crore. The program aims to promote sustainable agricultural practices among local farmers. Selected participants will receive training at designated Rythu Vedikas, which are community centers established to support farmers in various agricultural endeavors. This initiative not only seeks to enhance agricultural productivity but also to promote eco-friendly farming techniques that align with environmental sustainability goals. The training will cover various aspects of natural farming, including soil health management, crop diversity, and pest management, equipping farmers with the knowledge needed to transition to these practices effectively.
