Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar Critiques 10-Year LDF Administration in Kerala for Lack of Growth and Employment Opportunities

During his recent visit to Thiruvananthapuram as part of the Congress partys election campaign, Karnataka Congress leader D.K.
