The process for processing applications and adding names to the electoral roll typically requires up to ten days. As a result, only applications submitted on or before March 15 will be considered eligible for the forthcoming Assembly elections, according to Election Official Kelkar.

This announcement comes as part of the preparations for the Assembly polls, scheduled to take place in the coming weeks.
