Naval Warships Provide Escort for Indian Vessels in Gulf of Oman
Three Indian warships—Shivalik, Nanda Devi, and Jag Laadki—are currently providing escort services to enhance the naval protection of Indian vessels. This operation is part of Operation Sankalp, which is designed to safeguard merchant shipping and protect India’s maritime interests in the Gulf region. The naval protection measures will continue to be enforced as part of this mission.
