T.N. Assembly Election: Two Former Ministers and Three Previously Disqualified MLAs Included in AMMK Candidate List

On Saturday, T.T.V. Dhinakaran, the General Secretary of the Amma Makkal Munnettra Kazhagam (AMMK), announced the partys candidates for the upcoming elections. All eleven candidates were revealed during a press conference held in Chennai.

The AMMK, formed in 2018 following a split from the AIADMK, has been actively working to bolster its presence in Tamil Nadu politics. The announced candidates represent various constituencies in the state and reflect a strategic effort to appeal to a diverse voter base ahead of the elections.

As Tamil Nadu prepares for the upcoming polls, the AMMK is focusing on key issues such as economic development, welfare programs, and social equity to gain voter support. This announcement marks a significant step in the partys campaign strategy as they aim to establish a formidable presence in the regional political landscape.
