Kerala Assembly Election 2026: Political Parties Propose Increased Welfare Pensions, Expanded Health Insurance, and Metro Rail Development
On the same day, both major political coalitions in Kerala have unveiled their manifestos ahead of the upcoming state assembly elections.

Both parties also emphasize the development of metro rail projects in major cities like Thiruvananthapuram and Kozhikode, aiming to improve urban transport infrastructure and reduce congestion.
