A.P. Government Establishes Strategic Partnerships to Support MSMEs and Startups at MSME Growth Summit 2026
A groundbreaking ceremony was held for the establishment of 38 Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) parks across the region. These parks are designed to foster economic growth and provide essential resources for local businesses.
In addition to the MSME parks, the government announced the creation of Rural Smart Village Centres, which will serve as incubation and innovation hubs aimed at supporting rural entrepreneurs. These centres are expected to provide access to mentorship, training, and essential services to help startups thrive in rural areas.
Furthermore, a seed fund program with an allocation of ₹20 crores has been introduced to support deep-tech startups. This initiative aims to stimulate innovation in cutting-edge technologies, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, and biotechnology, thus encouraging advancements in the tech industry.
The establishment of these parks and funds is part of a broader initiative to boost the local economy, create jobs, and promote entrepreneurship, especially in underserved rural areas. The government emphasizes its commitment to enhancing the entrepreneurial ecosystem and providing the necessary infrastructure and support for upcoming businesses.
