Heatwave Alert Issued for Telangana with Temperatures Expected to Exceed 44°C

Weather forecasts indicate that several districts in Telangana, including Adilabad, Bhadradri Kothagudem, and Khammam, are expected to experience high temperatures exceeding 44°C on May 29. Additionally, Kumram Bheem Asifabad and Mancherial are predicted to face similar extreme heat conditions on both May 29 and May 30.

As a result of these rising temperatures, authorities recommend that residents take necessary precautions to protect themselves from heat-related illnesses. This includes staying hydrated, limiting outdoor activities during the hottest parts of the day, and wearing lightweight, breathable clothing.

The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has been closely monitoring temperature trends and has indicated that such heatwaves may become more frequent in the region, especially during the summer months.
