Oil Infrastructure Affected by Ukraine Conflict; Russia Sources 70% of Fuel from India

In August 2023, Russia achieved a significant milestone with record levels of oil product imports, notably with exports from India constituting nearly 70% of these imports. The gasoline supplied by India was primarily derived from Russian crude oil processed at a jointly operated refinery, reflecting the deepening energy ties between the two nations.
