Maternity and Childcare Leave for Women Teachers to be Approved Within 15 Days
School Education and Literacy Minister Madhu Bangarappa announced that women teachers returning from maternity leave will have the option to request a transfer to their preferred location during the counseling process. This transfer facility will be available until the child reaches the age of five.
