A.P. Deploys 37 Teachers to Singapore for Training, with an Additional 29 Set to Attend Training in Finland
A group of educators recognized with the State Best Teacher award are participating in a five-day program focused on global teaching practices at the National Institute of Education (NIE) in Singapore, which will conclude on May 8. This initiative aims to enhance the professional development of outstanding teachers and expose them to innovative educational strategies from around the world.
Following this initial training, an additional cohort of 29 teachers is scheduled to attend an educational program at the University of Turku in Finland during the second phase of the initiative. Finland is renowned for its progressive education system and successful teaching methodologies, which emphasize student-centered learning and the importance of creativity in the classroom. This program will allow participants to gain insights into effective teaching approaches and incorporate best practices into their own classrooms.
These programs are part of a broader effort to improve educational quality and outcomes by investing in the professional growth of teachers, thereby fostering a more engaging and effective learning environment for students.
