AP Ministers Advance Training in Governance and Development Models in Singapore

A delegation comprising six ministers is currently on a week-long official visit to Singapore from April 20 to April 27, as part of the Swarna Andhra Vision 2047 initiative. During their visit, the delegation was briefed by former Minister Lim Swee Say on Singapores transition from a nation-first governance model to a we-first approach.

The we-first model emphasizes community engagement and collaboration, focusing on collective well-being and inclusivity in decision-making processes. This shift represents an evolution in governance aimed at fostering greater social cohesion and shared responsibility among citizens.
