Bengaluru Commuters Anticipate Full Opening of Silk Board Flyover, Inspection Identifies Potential Bottleneck Issues
Bengaluru Traffic Police conducted an inspection at Aurobindo Junction and identified potential traffic congestion issues. As a response, authorities are planning several interventions aimed at improving traffic flow in the area. These include extending the duration of the signal pass time and implementing restrictions on two left turns following the down ramp during peak traffic hours.
To further mitigate congestion, the traffic department is also considering additional measures such as optimizing traffic signal timings, enhancing signage for better navigation, and increasing the presence of traffic personnel during busy periods. Aurobindo Junction is a critical intersection for commuters, and these proposed changes aim to alleviate the challenges faced by drivers and pedestrians alike. Future assessments will be conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of these interventions once implemented.
