Century Ports Director Reports Reduced Turnaround Time at Kolkata Port Following Kidderpore Dock Revival

Century Ports Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Century Ply, has signed a 30-year agreement with the Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port in Kolkata. This partnership is established under a public-private partnership (PPP) model and aims to operationalize the Kidderpore Dock complex.

The Kidderpore Dock complex, strategically located in Kolkata, is expected to enhance the regions port capabilities and improve logistics and trade operations. This initiative aligns with the Indian governments focus on infrastructure development and the modernization of port facilities to boost economic growth.

Century Ports Limited, established to expand the companys logistics and shipping operations, will focus on enhancing cargo handling capacities and ensuring efficient port services.
