Commercial LPG prices reduced by ₹183 per refill
In a notable development, fuel prices have seen a reduction this year, marking the first price cut following a series of increases totaling ₹1,345 over four separate hikes. However, domestic users of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) will not benefit from this price adjustment, as rates for LPG remain unchanged.
Additionally, the price of aviation turbine fuel (ATF) has been decreased by ₹5 per litre. This reduction might offer some relief to airline operators amid fluctuating global fuel prices.
Experts have warned, however, that any potential escalation of conflict in West Asia could disrupt supply chains and lead to price fluctuations in various fuel sectors. The geopolitical landscape in this region continues to influence global fuel markets, and stakeholders are urged to remain vigilant as international dynamics evolve.
