Congress MLC Naseer Ahmed Declared Bankrupt by NCLT, Faces Potential Disqualification as Legislator

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has appointed Insolvency Professional Ravindra Beleyur as the Bankruptcy Trustee (BT) for Mr. Naseer and his family, including his wife and son.
