CRDA Panel Evaluates Rehabilitation and Land Pooling Efforts Following Withdrawal of R-5 Zone
A three-member committee, consisting of Union Minister Pemmasani Chandra Sekhar, Minister P. Narayana, and Tadikonda MLA Tenali Sravan Kumar, recently conducted a review of the grama kanthas (village lands) and the progress of land pooling initiatives in the region. The committee emphasized the importance of these projects in supporting local development and ensuring equitable land distribution.
During the review, the CRDA (Capital Region Development Authority) Commissioner was instructed to visit 29 villages to assess the current status of land pooling efforts and the benefits being provided to local communities. This visit aims to evaluate the effectiveness of ongoing programs and gather feedback from residents, ensuring that development initiatives align with the needs and aspirations of the villagers.
