Delhi on High Alert as IMD Forecasts Heavy Rain and Thunderstorms

The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a red alert for Delhi, predicting heavy rainfall and thunderstorms across the city and its neighboring regions. Meanwhile, an orange alert is active for the areas of Noida, Gurgaon, and Ghaziabad. As a result of the adverse weather conditions, 15 flights have been diverted from Indira Gandhi International Airport due to low visibility and unsafe landing conditions.
